The programming phase begins with spending time with the client in order to understand what they really wanted, what sentimental value the project carried, how they wanted the teachers to interact with the students and how they expected the spatial relationship to be optimized for learning.

 

Through our creative practice, we researched and introduced the concept of collaborative learning, its spatial and strategic implications that informed the design process, and its overall benefits on the educational, emotional, and psychological well being of the occupants.

 

The project was completed in 6 months. Our scope included the full architectural scope and interior design, beginning with the research driven concept creation, and progressing through the design development, detailed design, good for construction drawings and BOQ.

Our team coordinated with the relevant authorities, third parties and material vendors, like the pre-cast concrete contractors, fire and safety, MEP and traffic consultants to eliminate risks related to functionality, budget and duration . The project was handed over in 2017.
