Schindler, the global mobility provider, decided to move to a new and bigger office, to help their growing team embrace a more flexible and more collaborative working environment. The management aspired to observe the move to the new office as an important milestone in the change management plan of the organization.

While formulating the brief, we spent time with the client, collecting data from different users working in different functions, to learn how they worked, and how we could subsequently create a spatial experience that was not only conducive to working, but eliminated silos, built teams, and helped the HR realize their Learning and Talent Development (LTD) strategy.

 

The space included 24 closed offices, 7 meeting rooms, open workstation areas, and a town hall where the staff congregated to celebrate events, make announcements, and have their lunch.

The design and fit-out for the project spanned over a 6 months' duration, and included the conceptual and detailed design for the office, authority approvals, Fit-out, project management, and FF&E procurement and installation.
