We were hired by Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club to manage the redesign of the interiors and extension for their existing villas in order to modernize the spaces and increase their usability, and subsequently add value to the property. The project included 93 villas in total, divided into 3 types, A, B, and C. The scope included the design for the space extension and landscape, which influenced the exterior look and total floor areas of the villas, and the full interior design which included the concept design, detailed design, good for construction drawings, MEP,  structural, and BOQ.

 

The project was completed in 75 days
