Design and Execution

 

To support their change management activities, The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority DEWA decided to revisit their offices in Dubai in order to integrate a happiness center. The 560 meter square designated space included sleeping pods, play rooms, an innovation workshop space, a library, and formal seating areas among others.

 

The design was born after brainstorming with the client and suggesting relevant solutions that supported DEWA's ambitions in creating an engaging workplace.
